Philippines Trip-We’re Sending Sewers To Japan!!!

So it’s almost midnight here in Tokyo so I think that’s like 10 am in Illinois. I have traveled to the future. This hotel is awesome. I’m so exhausted. Spent like 7 hours in JFK then a 12 hour flight. I was kinda happy we missed the flight to the Philippines because I couldn’t take anymore airplane for the day.

So first thing I did when I got here was had a free Japanese Buffet. And that has been about the coolest thing I’ve done so far hahaha and the ride here on the bus from the airport. Pretty cool. Didn’t think I’d be staying here but I’m glad for the bed and the rest. I wish I had time to take some pictures.

We landed in Tokyo around 9 pm Sunday. We missed our 7 pm flight to Manila so Delta airlines booked us a hotel and put us on a flight for the morning. This was my first time having to go through customs and all that craziness. It wasn’t too bad. We took a shuttle bus to the hotel, where we got a free meal. Then we pretty much just went to bed so we could continue our flights in the morning. Here’s some pictures of our short time in Japan.

Because every scary movie comes from Japan...

Japan has beer vending machines!

With all these cool things we found just in the hotel, I can’t imagine how cool Japan is! Can’t wait to spend more time here someday!

Philippines Trip-Travel Day

Left for O’hare at 4 am for our 7 am flight. The flight actually left on time. Got to NYC JFK around 10:30 am. Found out our flight to Tokyo-Narita had been delayed from 1 pm to 5 pm. Super bummed because this would push back everything. We waited around JFK, scrambling to make arrangements to have our flight reservations to Boracay changed.

Ended up leaving JFK’s runway around 6:30 pm. We didn’t notice but our seats were split up on this flight. Luckily a woman opted to go to an empty seat to let me sit by Don. It was a 12 hour flight. I spent it first of all getting a meal of chicken and potatoes. I almost got sick and couldn’t eat hardly any of it because of the turbulence. I spent probably an hour with my head down trying to hold down whatever I did eat. The flight had a good deal of turbulence, at one point I was really afraid. The plane bumped around a lot and I got a huge bruise on my thigh from this.

Then I attempted watch Dear John. I got tired and took a nap. After waking up I decided to finish Dear John…which I thought was not a great movie. Each seat had a touch screen that we could watch movies, listen to music or play games on. I spent the next several hours playing trivia, sleeping, and watching movies like Avatar that I had already seen so I could sleep to them. Then the flight attendants gave us snacks, which consisted of an apple, bread, and a drink. After this we had about 5 more hours of flight left. I started getting very irritable. I wanted the flight to be over! So I slept more. Then there was about an hour and half left when we got served a breakfast of an omelet and fruit.

zombie dream

I had a zombie dream

There was a part about a car. Driving a car. And I watched as another car ran off the side of the road and flipped over

Then I was back in that house where I had a zombie dream before. My mother was there and that guy who is in Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles but used to be on 90210. He was tough as nails.

There was a part of the house that turned out to be almost mansion sized that we were trying to block off from our side. I’d say we were in the east wing. I think summer glow was there but I think she was serenity summer not terminator summer. Once we got organized we were able to dispatch the zombies on the property rather quickly. I specifically remember watching summer stand by a garbage bin as zombie after zombie approached her. She would deftly remove them of any weapon if they held something in their hands and then she would proceed to snap their necks one right after the other, slowly building a pile of weapons and bodies. I don’t think I even so much as raised a hand to fight or defend any zombies in the incursion.

After all the zombies had been cleared, Brian Austin Green, gets everyone together to go outside of the mansion grounds and I forget what happens next.

People in General and God

So not so long ago I came up with a weird fictional religious creation theory. What I mean by fictional, is that I thought it might be fun to write a story about people who believed in this religious creation theory and how it would effect our lovely civilization.

I’m sure there are books out there that are like that. For example there is probably someone out there who has written about a world in which all the people adopted a single religion and the problems something like that would cause.

Well my idea is more of a different take on that.

The idea is basically you have this guy who one day comes up with this crazy theory on creation. This guy is no scientist and is the furthest from a theist as you can get.

So out of the blue he has this Creation Theory and he starts to talk to his friends about it. The religious friends think its nonsense and the atheist friend tell him its interesting but they wouldn’t want to bothered by it.

Anyway as the story goes he decides to put his theory out on the Internet. Immediately millions of people start to argue about validity and blasphemy.

Not too long after this occurs, the most unlikely event happens. God visits Earth, and informs everyone that the theory was right and god had just been waiting until someone blogged about it before he’d make his grand appearance.
